Ingredients
- 1 bag Nacho Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded chicken or ground beef (cooked)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Rotel, taco seasoning, and cooked meat. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Spread half the crushed Doritos on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the creamy meat mixture evenly over the chips.
- Top with remaining crushed Doritos and the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with golden cheese.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
