Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup cooked cranberries
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 egg (for binding)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion until soft, about 4–5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, then set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, cooked cranberries, sautéed onion and garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add egg if the mixture is too dry.
- Roll mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest a few minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Use rehydrated dried cranberries if cooked or fresh aren’t available.
- Add celery, carrots, or cheese for extra texture and flavor.
