Ingredients
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped or sliced
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves or jam

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting.
- Mix crushed cookies and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until combined. Mix in eggs one at a time, then sour cream or yogurt.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth the top. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until center is set but slightly jiggly. Cool to room temp, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a small bowl, combine strawberry preserves and fresh strawberries. Spread over chilled cheesecake layer.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Slice into bars and serve.
