Ingredients

2 teaspoons ceremonial-grade matcha powder
2 teaspoons granulated sugar (or to taste)
¼ cup room-temperature water
6 ice cubes, crushed
½ cup milk or non-dairy milk alternative
2 ounces freshly brewed espresso

Instructions

Prepare the Matcha
In a small bowl, add the matcha powder and room-temperature water.
