1/2 cup milk (any kind: skim, 2%, whole, or almond; add more as needed)
1 cup vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular; plain also works)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey or sugar)
1 (10–12 oz) package frozen strawberries
(or fresh strawberries + 4–6 ice cubes)
Blend Ingredients:
Add milk, yogurt, sweetener, and strawberries to a high-powered blender in that order.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend until creamy and smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
