Ingredients

1 pint fresh strawberries

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

Mini chocolate chips or black sesame seeds (for eyes)

Shredded coconut or extra cream cheese (optional, for beard or trim)

Instructions

Prep Strawberries:
Wash and completely dry strawberries. Slice off the green tops to create a flat base. Cut off the pointed tip to make Santa’s “hat.”

Make Filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Assemble Santas:
Pipe a swirl of filling onto the base of each strawberry. Gently place the strawberry top (hat) back on.

Decorate Faces:
Add a dot of cream to the tip of each hat as a pom-pom. Insert mini chocolate chips or sesame seeds into the cream for eyes.

Optional Beard:
Add shredded coconut around the cream for a fluffy beard or fur trim effect.

Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best enjoyed the same day for peak freshness.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before assembling to prevent slipping.

Use a piping bag or zip-top bag with snipped corner for easy filling.

Best served the same day—store in fridge for up to 12 hours.
