6 oz milk (whole milk, oat milk, or preferred milk)
Ice cubes
For the Blackberry Cold Foam
¼ cup fresh blackberries
1 tbsp blackberry syrup or simple syrup
¼ cup heavy cream

1 tsp honey (optional)

Fresh blackberry
Light drizzle of honey

Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

Make the Blackberry Cold Foam
Mash the blackberries in a small bowl until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
Combine the blackberry puree, blackberry syrup, heavy cream, milk, and honey in a frothing pitcher or glass.
Froth until thick and creamy but still pourable.
Prepare the Salted Honey Latte
Brew 2 shots of espresso.
Stir honey and sea salt into the hot espresso until dissolved.
Fill a serving glass with ice.
Pour milk over the ice.
Add the honey-salted espresso mixture.
Assemble
Slowly spoon the blackberry cold foam over the latte.
Garnish with a fresh blackberry, a drizzle of honey, and a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt.
Serve immediately.

Notes

Frozen blackberries can be used if fresh are unavailable.
For a stronger berry flavor, add an extra teaspoon of blackberry syrup.
Oat milk pairs especially well with the honey and blackberry flavors.
Adjust honey to taste depending on the sweetness of the berries.
Chill the cream before frothing for the thickest cold foam.
