These easy pizza sliders are layered with mozzarella, pepperoni, and sauce on soft Hawaiian rolls, then baked to golden, cheesy perfection—perfect for parties or snacks!
1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided: 1 cup + 1¼ cups)
¾ cup pizza sauce
20 slices deli-style dry-cured pepperoni
⅓ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Keeping rolls connected, slice horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella evenly over the bottom layer.
Spread pizza sauce over the mozzarella.
Layer 20 slices of pepperoni evenly over the sauce (5 rows of 4 slices).
Sprinkle the remaining 1¼ cups mozzarella on top of the pepperoni.
Place the top half of the rolls on top.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning evenly over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden.
Remove from oven and slice into individual sliders. Serve hot.
