Ingredients

3 eggs
60 g reduced-fat cheese, divided
1 tbsp passata
A few slices salami
Mixed herbs

Instructions

Sprinkle some of the cheese evenly across a non-stick pan over medium heat. Let it melt and become slightly crisp.
