Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced or diced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint or basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp citrus zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep all fruit. Combine peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in a large bowl.
  2. Gently fold in chopped mint or basil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon or lime juice, and optional zest.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat without crushing berries.
  5. Taste and adjust with more juice or honey if needed.
  6. Chill for 10 minutes or serve immediately.
