2 small lemons
¼ cup fresh turmeric, chopped (peeling optional)
¼ cup fresh ginger, chopped (peeling optional)
⅛ teaspoon fresh black pepper
¼ teaspoon oil (such as extra virgin olive oil, optional)
Juicer Method: Add orange, lemon, turmeric, and ginger to a juicer (peel citrus if required by your juicer). Process until juice is extracted.
Blender Method: Add turmeric and ginger to a high-speed blender. Squeeze in the juice of the orange and lemons. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
