Soft lemon blueberry cream cake filled with fresh blueberries and fluffy cream frosting. A light and refreshing homemade dessert perfect for spring and summer celebrations.
For the Cake Base
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1½ cups sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup milk
1½ cups fresh blueberries
For the Cream Filling & Frosting
2 cups heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

Assemble the Cake

Spread cream filling between the layers.
