These crispy, cheesy jalapeño popper egg rolls are packed with bacon, cream cheese, and cheddar—air-fried to perfection for a low-carb snack or appetizer.
Main Ingredients
8 keto egg roll wrappers
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 fresh jalapeños, diced (remove seeds for milder heat)
1 tsp garlic seasoning
1 tsp onion seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp avocado oil (for brushing)
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic seasoning, onion seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until fully blended and creamy.
Fill the Egg Rolls
Place one keto wrapper on your work surface.
