Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter (salted preferred)
2 tablespoons honey
1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together.
Add the frozen corn and cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and tender.
Add the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well and cook for another 3–5 minutes until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy.
Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

Fresh or canned corn can be used instead of frozen (adjust cooking time as needed).
For extra flavor, add garlic powder or a pinch of chili flakes.
If you prefer a sweeter dish, add a little extra honey.
Stir frequently at the end to ensure the cream cheese blends smoothly.
