Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Optional Dipping Sauce
Warm marinara sauce
Ranch dressing
Garlic aioli

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces to create bite-sized portions.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
Toss the biscuit pieces in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and gently toss again.
Arrange the biscuit bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and immediately brush with any remaining garlic butter.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Freshly grated Parmesan melts and adheres better than pre-shredded cheese.
For extra cheesiness, add ¼ cup shredded mozzarella before baking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crisp edges.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
