Bold Dill Pickle Ranch Smash Chicken Tacos with Crispy Cheese Delight loaded with tangy pickles, juicy chicken, and a crispy cheese crust. A fun, flavor-packed twist on taco night.
Main Ingredients:
2 cups cooked or shredded chicken
½ cup dill pickles, finely chopped
2 tablespoons pickle juice
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
6 small flour or corn tortillas
Optional Toppings:
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Sour cream or ranch dressing
Red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh dill
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Spread a thin, even layer of the chicken mixture onto one side of each tortilla, pressing it down firmly.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle a thin layer of shredded cheese directly onto the pan.
Place the tortilla (chicken side up) onto the melting cheese. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the cheese forms a crispy, golden crust.
Carefully flip and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes until lightly toasted.
Remove from heat and add desired toppings.
Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
