Ingredients

1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup mini pepperoni

¼ cup green bell pepper, finely diced (optional, for decoration)

¼ cup flour, for dusting

1 tbsp olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to ¼-inch thickness.

Use a tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut out dough into mini Christmas tree shapes. Re-roll scraps to make more.

Place cutouts on the prepared baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over each tree, leaving a small border.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add mini pepperoni and optional diced green bell pepper as decorations.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.

Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use gluten-free pizza dough for a gluten-free version.

Try different cheeses like provolone or cheddar for flavor variety.

No tree-shaped cutter? Use other festive shapes or cut by hand.

Can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
