Loaded cheesy garlic bread recipe with mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic butter baked until golden, gooey, and full of rich comforting flavor.
1 fresh bread loaf Bread
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese Parmesan cheese
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped Garlic
½ cup melted butter Butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish Parsley
1. Preheat oven
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Make garlic butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Let it sit a few minutes to infuse flavor.
3. Prepare bread
Slice bread lengthwise or into thick pieces.
4. Add garlic butter
Brush mixture generously over each slice.
5. Add cheese
Top with mozzarella first, then parmesan for extra flavor.
6. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese melts.
Broil 1–2 minutes for a golden, crispy top.
7. Serve
Garnish with parsley.
Slice and serve hot.
Use roasted garlic for a sweeter, deeper flavor.
Don’t overload with butter or bread may become soggy.
