Ingredients

Chicken

  • 2 cups cooked chicken nuggets (or any cooked chicken)
  • 1/2 cup mild buffalo wing sauce

Coleslaw

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup store-bought coleslaw dressing

Wrap

  • 1 burrito size or larger flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional Dipping Sauce

  • Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare and coat the chicken: Cook the chicken nuggets according to the package directions. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place into a bowl. Toss with the buffalo wing sauce and keep warm until ready to assemble the wrap.
  2. Make the coleslaw: While the chicken cooks, add the coleslaw mix to a bowl and toss it with the store-bought coleslaw dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Warm the tortilla: Warm up the flour tortilla until soft and pliable either by microwaving for about 10 seconds or heating on the stovetop over medium heat for approximately 10 seconds per side, to prevent cracking or tearing when rolling.
  4. Assemble the wrap: Lay the warmed tortilla flat on a cutting board. Add the dressed coleslaw to the center, then top with the buffalo-coated chicken. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
  5. Roll the wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward toward the center, then roll tightly burrito-style, tucking the sides in as you roll, finishing with the seam side down to secure the wrap.
  6. Slice and serve: Use a serrated knife to cut the wrap in half and serve immediately with optional ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
  7. Optional crispy finish: For a crispy wrap, heat a drizzle of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the whole wrap seam-side down and cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 2 minutes. Remove, cut in half, and serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute the chicken nuggets with any leftover cooked chicken.
  • Use mild or spicy buffalo wing sauce based on your heat preference.
  • The coleslaw mix can be pre-shredded cabbage and carrot blend from the store.
  • Warm the tortilla gently to avoid tearing while rolling.
  • Optional pan-toasting adds a crispy texture for extra flavor.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for authentic Buffalo flavor pairing.
