Ingredients

For the Beef:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 or lean)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

For the Wrap Filling:

1 cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
4 slices American or cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas (or low-carb wraps)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of paprika

Optional Toppings:

Sesame seeds
Shredded cheddar
Sliced jalapeños

Instructions

Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Break apart and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until smooth.
Warm the Tortillas:
Microwave tortillas for 10–15 seconds or warm in a dry skillet to make them flexible.
Assemble the Wraps:
Spread 1–2 tablespoons of sauce in the center of each tortilla. Layer lettuce, cheese, cooked beef, onions, and pickles.
Wrap:
Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.
Optional Toasting:
Place wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet or press. Toast for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy.
Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm with extra sauce if desired.

Notes

Use lean beef to reduce grease.
Add sesame seeds on top for that authentic “Big Mac” feel.
Swap beef with plant-based meat for a vegetarian version.
Toasting adds extra crunch and enhances flavor.
