Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley or basil, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Layer frozen tater tots evenly over the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the tater tots.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley or basil if desired before serving.
