6 dill pickles, halved lengthwise
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko

Instructions
Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers slightly. Pat dry with paper towels.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Fill each pickle half with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
Set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
Dredge each pickle in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place breaded pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spray with cooking spray, and cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
