This irresistible baked brie is sweet, creamy, and wrapped in crispy pastry, making it a crowd-pleasing party favorite.
1/2 (17.3-oz) package frozen puff pastry, thawed (1 sheet)
1 (8-oz) wheel brie cheese
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
1 egg, beaten
Unfold the thawed puff pastry and place the brie wheel in the center.
Top the brie with brown sugar, chopped pecans, and a dash of cinnamon if using.
Fold the puff pastry up and around the brie, sealing at the top. Press gently to secure.
Brush the outside of the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the wrapped brie into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15–20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
Carefully remove and let cool slightly before serving.
