Ingredients
Ravioli
1 package frozen cheese ravioli
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Air fry the ravioli: Air fry the frozen ravioli according to the package directions, typically 8-10 minutes at 375°F, until cooked and slightly crispy on the outside.
Prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic paste, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and red chili flakes until well combined.
Toss ravioli in sauce: Add the cooked ravioli to the bowl and toss them gently to coat each piece evenly with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
Crisp the ravioli: Return the coated ravioli to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 2–4 minutes at 375°F, allowing the outside to become extra crispy and the flavors to meld.
Serve: Remove the ravioli from the air fryer, serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce such as marinara or ranch for an extra burst of flavor.
Notes
You can use fresh or frozen ravioli, but adjust air frying times according to packaging and texture.
For less spice, reduce or omit the red chili flakes.
Substitute garlic paste with 1-2 cloves of finely minced fresh garlic if unavailable.
Serve with marinara, ranch, or a creamy dipping sauce of your choice.
Ensure the ravioli are in a single layer in the air fryer for even cooking and crispiness.
