Ingredients

Ravioli

  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Air fry the ravioli: Air fry the frozen ravioli according to the package directions, typically 8-10 minutes at 375°F, until cooked and slightly crispy on the outside.
  2. Prepare the garlic Parmesan sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic paste, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and red chili flakes until well combined.
  3. Toss ravioli in sauce: Add the cooked ravioli to the bowl and toss them gently to coat each piece evenly with the garlic Parmesan butter mixture.
  4. Crisp the ravioli: Return the coated ravioli to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 2–4 minutes at 375°F, allowing the outside to become extra crispy and the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve: Remove the ravioli from the air fryer, serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce such as marinara or ranch for an extra burst of flavor.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen ravioli, but adjust air frying times according to packaging and texture.
  • For less spice, reduce or omit the red chili flakes.
  • Substitute garlic paste with 1-2 cloves of finely minced fresh garlic if unavailable.
  • Serve with marinara, ranch, or a creamy dipping sauce of your choice.
  • Ensure the ravioli are in a single layer in the air fryer for even cooking and crispiness.
