Ingredients

2 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
Juice of ½ lime

Instructions

Cube the watermelon and freeze overnight (or until completely solid).
Add frozen watermelon pieces to a food processor.
Pour in a small amount of lime juice and begin processing.
Gradually add more lime juice as needed while blending to achieve a smooth, sorbet-like texture.
Taste and adjust lime juice if desired.
Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

Fully frozen watermelon is key for a true sorbet texture.
Add sweetener like honey or maple syrup if desired, but it may slightly affect texture.
Avoid adding too much liquid at once to prevent a watery consistency.
Best enjoyed immediately after blending.
