Ingredients

1/2 large watermelon
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup strawberries, stems removed
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon
Cut the watermelon in half, then slice into round discs about 1/2 inch thick.
Shape the Fries
Cut each disc in half to create semi-circles.
Cut into Fries
Use a crinkle cutter (or knife) to slice the watermelon into fry-shaped sticks.
Trim
Remove any excess rind and discard or compost.
Make the Yogurt Dip
Add vanilla yogurt, strawberries, and honey to a blender.
Blend
