These bite-sized pizza rolls are packed with gooey mozzarella, zesty pepperoni, and wrapped in golden pizza dough—topped with garlic butter, herbs, and Parmesan for the ultimate snack.
Cheese
8 sticks mozzarella string cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Dough
1 can refrigerated pizza dough (14 ounces)
Seasonings
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Butter
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Meat
24 slices regular pepperoni
For Serving
Pizza sauce (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with nonstick spray.
Cut each mozzarella string cheese stick into three equal pieces.
Mix oregano, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Unroll pizza dough and cut into 24 equal pieces.
Place a cheese piece in the center of each dough square. Wrap and seal tightly; place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush dough with melted butter, sprinkle with the parmesan-herb blend, and press one pepperoni slice on top of each.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with optional pizza sauce.
For best results, seal dough well to prevent cheese leakage.
