Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 10 Golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat, then stir in mini marshmallows until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add strawberry gelatin powder and stir until evenly incorporated.
  4. Quickly fold in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
  5. Press mixture evenly into prepared baking dish using parchment paper to smooth the top.
  6. Mix crushed Golden Oreos and crushed freeze-dried strawberries in a bowl.
  7. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over Rice Krispie layer, then sprinkle with strawberry-Oreo mixture.
