Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies
  • Optional: extra cookies, crushed graham crackers, or fruit for topping

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sweetened condensed milk until creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Layer vanilla wafers in the bottom of a trifle dish or 9×13-inch pan.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas, then strawberries.
  6. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the fruit.
  7. Repeat layers: cookies, bananas, strawberries, and the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  8. Top with extra whipped topping and garnish with crushed cookies or fruit.
