Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups are a creamy, indulgent twist on classic lasagna. Each roll is filled with a cheesy seafood mixture and smothered in Alfredo sauce for a decadent, impressive meal that’s surprisingly easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 810 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or imitation)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Lay cooked lasagna noodles flat on a clean surface.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, cream cheese, egg, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in chopped shrimp and crab until well combined.
  5. Spread a spoonful of seafood filling over each noodle and roll up tightly.
  6. Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the baking dish and arrange roll-ups seam-side down.
  7. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
  • Use cottage cheese instead of ricotta for a lighter version.
  • Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce for a bit of heat.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Freeze assembled roll-ups before or after baking for easy meals later.
