This hearty breakfast casserole is loaded with sausage, eggs, bread, and melty cheddar—perfect for feeding a crowd at brunch or holiday mornings.
Main Ingredients
20 large eggs
4 cups milk
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices slightly dried bread, cubed
2 pounds sausage
Prepare the Sausage
Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
Drain excess fat and set aside.
Prepare the Egg Mixture
In an extra-large mixing bowl, crack and scramble the eggs.
Stir in the milk and kosher salt until well combined.
