Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 24 Reese’s Miniatures, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan or line with mini paper liners.
  2. Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough into mini muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until tops are set and lightly golden.
  8. Immediately press a Reese’s Miniature into the center of each cookie bite.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
