  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (mini or regular size)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to package or homemade recipe and spread in the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  4. Immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over hot brownies and return to oven for 2–3 minutes until puffed.
  5. Let cool slightly.
  6. In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla if using.
  7. Pour peanut butter-chocolate mixture over marshmallows and spread evenly.
  8. Sprinkle chopped Reese’s over the top while warm.
  9. Let cool completely or chill to set, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • Add crushed pretzels or chopped peanuts on top for crunch.
  • Use dark chocolate chips for deeper flavor.
  • Swirl peanut butter into brownie batter for extra peanut flavor.
  • Use marshmallow fluff for an ultra-gooey layer.
  • Freeze in parchment-lined layers for longer storage.
