A dreamy pink cheesecake packed with chopped Snickers, creamy chocolate, and topped with M&Ms—fun, colorful, and perfect for parties or celebrations.
→ Base:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed Oreos
⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
→ Filling:
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1 cup Snickers bars, chopped
Pink food coloring (gel or liquid)
→ Toppings:
Whipped cream (for topping)
Chopped Snickers bars (optional)
M&Ms (optional, for decoration)
Make the Crust:
Crush graham crackers or Oreos into fine crumbs.
Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Chocolate Base:
Melt chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Cool slightly.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Slowly blend in melted, cooled chocolate. Fold in chopped Snickers bars.
Add the Pink Color:
Transfer a portion of the filling to a small bowl, stir in pink food coloring.
Return the colored portion to the main bowl and mix until evenly pink.
Whip & Fold:
In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pink cheesecake filling.
Assemble & Chill:
Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Decorate & Serve:
Once set, remove from springform pan.
Top with whipped cream, extra Snickers, and M&Ms if desired. Slice and enjoy!
For the smoothest filling, ensure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
Use gel food coloring for a more vibrant pink hue.
For extra texture, stir some M&Ms directly into the filling before chilling.
