  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  2. In a large pot over low heat, melt butter and peanut butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  6. Let mixture cool slightly, then gently fold in most of the M&M’s and mini chocolate chips, reserving some for the top.
  7. Press mixture into prepared pan, smoothing with a spatula or greased hands.
  8. Sprinkle reserved M&M’s and chocolate chips on top, pressing lightly.
  9. Let cool at room temperature for 1 hour before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Don’t overheat the marshmallow mixture to keep treats soft.
  • Fold in chocolate and candies after mixture cools slightly to avoid melting.
  • Use a sharp knife coated with butter or spray for clean cuts.
