Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp baking powder

1 cup chopped Snickers bars (about 5 bars)

½ cup chopped pecans (optional)

½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.

Fold in chopped Snickers bars, pecans (if using), and chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for a smoother, more cohesive batter.

For extra gooey brownies, slightly underbake by 2–3 minutes.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.

Freeze for up to 2 months for longer storage.
