Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange zest (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp orange juice or 1/2 tsp orange extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or shortening (optional)
  • Optional: milk chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, orange juice (or extract), and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Scoop about 1 1/2 tsp of mixture and roll into balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze truffles for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  4. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate with coconut oil (if using) until smooth.
  5. Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate, let excess drip, then return to tray.
