Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    1 cup powdered sugar

    1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Pinch of salt

    12 oz white chocolate or almond bark, melted

    Red and green candy melts (for dipping or drizzling)

    Holiday sprinkles

Instructions

1. Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until fully combined.

2. Add Crumbs

Stir in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture forms a thick, rollable dough.

3. Shape

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

4. Chill

Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.

5. Melt the Coatings

Melt white chocolate and candy melts in separate bowls according to package instructions.

6. Dip & Decorate

Dip each chilled bite into white chocolate, letting excess drip off.

Immediately top with sprinkles and drizzle with colored candy melts if desired.

7. Set

Return bites to the fridge until the chocolate is fully set.

8. Store & Serve

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
