Ingredients

  • 12 oz cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked chicken, drained tomatoes, half the cheese, bacon, and green onions. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in cooked spaghetti until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and extra bacon if desired.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
