Ingredients

  • 1 bag Nacho Doritos, crushed
  • 2 cups shredded chicken or ground beef (cooked)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Rotel, taco seasoning, and cooked meat. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  3. Spread half the crushed Doritos on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the creamy meat mixture evenly over the chips.
  5. Top with remaining crushed Doritos and the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with golden cheese.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
