Ingredients

  • 34 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 pack graham crackers
  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: crushed graham crackers or mango puree for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined and smooth.
  3. In an 8×8 or 9×9-inch glass dish, lay a single layer of graham crackers to cover the bottom.
  4. Spread a layer of cream mixture over the crackers, then top with an even layer of mango slices.
  5. Repeat the layers—crackers, cream, mango—until all ingredients are used, finishing with mango slices or crushed crackers on top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to let the layers set.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Blend some mango into the cream for added mango flavor.
  • For extra richness, add cream cheese to the filling.
  • Use crushed graham crackers for a softer, pudding-like texture.
  • Try adding a layer of coconut or using chocolate graham crackers for a twist.
  • Best enjoyed within 3 days; do not freeze.
