Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy. Spread over crust.
  3. Whisk together pudding mix, cold milk, key lime juice, and lime zest (if using) until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping. Smooth evenly.
