This keto air-fried crispy cauliflower is cheesy, garlicky, and perfectly golden. A low-carb, high-flavor snack or side dish made in just 25 minutes with 3g net carbs per serving.
To Season the Cauliflower
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cheese & Garlic Sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, crushed
½ tsp onion powder (optional)
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For Garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cut cauliflower into evenly sized florets and add them to a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
Arrange cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
While cauliflower cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
Transfer cooked cauliflower to a bowl and pour cheese-garlic sauce over the florets. Toss gently to coat.
Garnish with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan, and optional red chili flakes. Serve warm.
Use fresh cauliflower, not frozen, to avoid sogginess.
Let the cauliflower cool slightly before adding cheese for best coating.
