Ingredients

⅔ cup all-purpose gluten-free flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder

Pinch of salt

⅔ cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

10 teaspoons cream cheese (about 1 teaspoon per bite)

1 egg, lightly beaten (optional, for egg wash)

Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.

Add Greek yogurt and mix until a sticky dough forms.

Lightly flour your work surface and divide dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball.

Flatten each ball and place 1 teaspoon cream cheese in the center.

Seal edges tightly and reshape into smooth balls.

Brush with egg wash (or lightly spray with oil) and sprinkle generously with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.

Air fry for 5–6 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Seal dough well to prevent cream cheese from leaking.

You can bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes if you don’t have an air fryer.

Swap cream cheese for flavored varieties for extra taste.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
