This easy halloumi with honey and thyme recipe is a golden, pan-fried appetizer with the perfect balance of salty and sweet—ready in just 15 minutes!
200 grams halloumi cheese, sliced into 1 cm thick pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or dried thyme)
