Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 68 cubes American or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Flatten biscuit dough pieces into 4-inch circles.
  4. Spoon a small amount of beef mixture into the center of each circle and top with a cube of cheese.
  5. Fold dough around filling and pinch edges to seal into a ball. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

  7. Meanwhile, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Brush baked cheeseburger bombs with garlic Parmesan butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use different cheeses like pepper jack or Swiss for variety.
  • Add pickles, cooked bacon, or jalapeños inside for extra flavor.
  • Use crescent roll dough for a flakier texture.
  • Freeze cooked bombs and reheat at 350°F until hot and crisp.
  • Seal edges well to prevent leaking in the oven.
