Ingredients

Garlic Butter Sausage Bites

1 lb sausage, sliced into bite-size pieces

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Creamy Parmesan Pasta

12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or similar)

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream or cooking cream

¾ cup grated parmesan-style cheese

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish

Chopped parsley

Extra grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Make the Sausage Bites

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sausage pieces until browned and cooked through.

Remove sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Add Garlic Butter

In the same skillet, melt butter.

Add garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Return sausage to the pan and toss until well coated and glossy. Remove from heat.

Make the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth.

Combine & Serve

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until fully coated.

Top pasta with garlic butter sausage bites.

Garnish with parsley or extra cheese if desired. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

Use spicy sausage for a little heat or smoked sausage for extra depth of flavor.

Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the pasta for a veggie boost.

Loosen the sauce with a splash of pasta water if it thickens too much.
