Ingredients

8 oz high-quality dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa)

½ cup heavy cream

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup mini pretzels

Instructions

Prep Equipment: Gather a fondue pot or a heatproof bowl.

Melt Chocolate: Combine dark chocolate and heavy cream in the pot or bowl. Heat gently over low heat, stirring until smooth and fully melted.

Prepare Dippers: While chocolate melts, wash and hull strawberries. Arrange strawberries, marshmallows, and pretzels on a serving platter.

Serve: Transfer the melted chocolate to the fondue pot if it was melted in a bowl. Keep it warm over low heat.

Dip & Enjoy: Use skewers or fondue forks to dip each item into the chocolate. Enjoy with friends or family!

Notes

Swap in other dippers like banana slices, apple wedges, pound cake cubes, biscotti, or dried fruit.

For extra flavor, stir in a splash of vanilla extract or liqueur (like Grand Marnier or Baileys) into the chocolate.

Keep chocolate warm but not boiling to avoid scorching.
