Ingredients

  • 1 bag (25 oz) frozen or refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir marinara sauce into the cooked beef and simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Spread a small amount of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Layer with frozen ravioli, more meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let sit for 5–10 minutes before serving.
