Instructions

  1. BBQ Chicken Thighs: Toss chicken in oil and spices. Grill over medium heat 5–7 minutes per side. Brush with BBQ sauce in the final minutes, turning to avoid burning.
  2. Veggie Skewers: Chop vegetables, thread onto skewers. Brush with oil and seasoning. Grill 10–12 minutes over medium-high heat, turning occasionally.
